Delivery & Returns

Exchange/Return Policy:

 

Exchange in case of manufacturing defect:

  1. Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of order with a valid reason for the exchange.
  2. Please send us an email along with the photograph of the product to upstagecollect@roseatehotels.com . It is then up to the final discretion of the Quality Control team to decide whether the product is approved for exchange.
  3. Customers should have an invoice copy which they received at the time of placing the order.
  4. Product will be exchanged with the same product, same value or higher value.
  5. For exchange customer has to send the product back to the brands Warehouse / Studio.
  6. Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery date.    

 

Exchange:

    1. Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of order with a valid reason for the exchange.
    2. Customers should have an invoice copy which they received at the time of placing the order. The products must be returned to the brands. Warehouse/Studio in its original condition, unused, along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags etc and if ay other packaging intact sold as part of the product.
    3. Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing & inspection.
    4. Upstage Collect reserves the right to reject any exchange request without giving a reason for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
    5. Customised or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged.
    6. Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery date.  

 

Upstage Collect has a no cancellation and no refund policy.
